Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@vantagesportshop.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customer-Initiated Returns: If the return is due to a change of mind or customer preference, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
- Our Error: If the return is due to an issue on our end (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom products (e.g., personalized or special-order items)
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted for unused and unworn items. To ensure you get the item you want, return the original item and make a separate purchase for the replacement after your return is approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval or rejection. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
